Event Policy: No Refunds Or Exchanges. If an event is canceled, you will receive a refund equal to the face value of the tickets. Fees, including but not limited to HomeTown service fees and credit card processing fees are nonrefundable. If an event is postponed your ticket will be valid for the new date.
